Do I need to be in Greece to use your services?
No. That is the core of what we do. Project AEGIS acts as your full representative in Greece, so you never need to travel for administrative, legal, technical, or transactional matters related to your property.
What exactly does "Property Representation" mean?
It means we act on your behalf before every relevant authority — ministries, municipalities, land registries, tax offices, utility companies, banks, and insurers — handling paperwork, attending appointments, and resolving issues without requiring your involvement.
Can you manage a property I already own, or only help with new purchases?
Both. We manage existing properties (administration, maintenance, rentals, compliance) and we support new acquisitions from search and due diligence through to final handover.
How do I track what's happening with my property?
Through our digital platform, where you can view your properties, current market value, technical and legal documents, contracts, ongoing projects, financial reports, and payments — all in real time, alongside direct communication with your personal Property Officer.
Do you only handle residential properties, or also commercial and investment projects?
We cover the full spectrum: residential properties, commercial assets, and larger investment projects including hotel developments, resorts, and mixed-use developments, supported by our development and investment consulting services.
Can you help with inherited property or family transfers?
Yes. Our Life Events Services cover inheritance procedures, parental property transfers, donations, distributions, and repatriation matters — all managed on your behalf in Greece.
Do you assist with funding programs like the Development Law or ESPA/NSRF?
Yes. We guide clients through eligibility, application, and monitoring of Greek development incentive programs and EU-funded programs relevant to their investment or development project.

What happens if I decide to sell or lease my property later?
We manage the full exit process — marketing, home staging, negotiation, and the transaction itself — and can also advise on reinvestment strategy if you’re planning to redeploy the proceeds into another asset.Toggle Content
